Terms and Conditions – no7777 Pakistan

Welcome to no7777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and no7777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game offered on no7777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause in these Terms in their entirety.

no7777 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. Our services include online casino games, live dealer tables, card games, slots, fishing games and the no7777 Refer a Friend programme. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are available exclusively to registered members who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

These Terms apply to every interaction you have with no7777 — browsing the platform, registering an account, depositing funds, playing games, claiming bonuses, withdrawing winnings and using the referral programme. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use no7777.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and any supplementary documents published on no7777:

To register and maintain an active no7777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. no7777 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Registrations on behalf of corporations, partnerships, trusts or any other legal entity are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of no7777 is lawful in your location.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from no7777 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You must have a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. This number will be linked to your account and used for security verification on withdrawal requests.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a no7777 employee or contractor. Staff accounts for testing purposes are governed by separate internal policies.

Each individual may hold only one account on no7777. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a different name — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your password, your mobile verification codes and any security questions you set during registration. Do not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. no7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

All information provided during registration and verification must be accurate, complete and truthful. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth or a mobile number that belongs to another person — is a serious breach of these Terms. Accounts found to contain false registration data will be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.

Your account is for personal use only. You may not use your no7777 account for commercial purposes, on behalf of another person, or as part of any organised group betting scheme. You may not transfer your account to another person, sell access to your account or allow another person to fund or operate your account.

All deposits on no7777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

All funds deposited into your no7777 account must originate from a payment source that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. no7777 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit. Deposits from payment sources belonging to third parties will trigger a compliance review and may result in funds being returned to the source without being credited to your account.

no7777 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank, mobile network or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges — no7777 is not responsible for such third-party fees.

Withdrawals from no7777 are processed in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts. Unverified accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal cap of Rs 50,000 until identity verification is completed.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash. NayaPay and SadaPay follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on your issuing bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. This policy exists to protect against money laundering and to ensure your funds reach the right person. no7777 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.

no7777 reserves the right to request enhanced identity verification documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding Rs 1,00,000 in a single calendar month. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing. Requested documentation will be reviewed within 24 hours and withdrawals released promptly upon successful verification.

no7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion announcement as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: The no7777 new player welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only. One welcome bonus per household, per device and per payment method. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration. Any unclaimed welcome bonus will be forfeited after this period.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds at no7777 carry a standard wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount on eligible games before withdrawal. The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements after 30 days result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Eligible Games: All slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) contribute 10%. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute 20%. Live dealer games contribute 10% unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Fishing games contribute 50%.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While bonus funds are active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per hand or spin is Rs 2,000. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided at no7777's discretion and any resulting winnings forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: no7777 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise house edge to an artificial degree. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

All games offered on no7777 are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game's interface. These rules are binding and form part of the no7777 Terms and Conditions by reference. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

The outcome of all digital (RNG) games on no7777 is determined by independently certified random number generation software. Results are not predetermined, are not influenced by account history and cannot be predicted. no7777 does not manipulate game outcomes for any reason, including to recover from loss periods or to prevent large player wins.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card dealing, wheel spins) conducted by a real dealer and captured on live video. In the event of a technical disruption during a live dealer session — including but not limited to disconnection, video freeze or dealing error — no7777 will void the affected round and return all bets placed for that round to players' accounts.

In the event of a software malfunction or game error that produces an obviously incorrect outcome or payout — such as a multiplier of impossible size or a payout that is clearly inconsistent with the stated pay table — no7777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes. Players will be notified of any such action via their account notification centre.

Collusion and Cheating: Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage at no7777, including colluding with other players at live tables, using automated software (bots) to play on your behalf, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating, will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. no7777 monitors all game activity with advanced detection systems and investigates all suspicious patterns.

The no7777 Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn PKR rewards by introducing new players to the platform. Participation in the referral programme is subject to the following rules in addition to these general Terms.

• Referral rewards are only earned when a referred player registers via your unique referral link or code and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500.
• Referring yourself via a second account, or referring family members who share the same household, payment method or device, will be treated as attempted fraud and will result in cancellation of all referral earnings and potential account closure.
• Referral rewards are credited as real PKR cash with no wagering requirement. They can be withdrawn immediately once credited.
• The 5% lifetime commission on referred players' deposits is calculated on net deposits only and is subject to review if unusual deposit patterns are detected.
• no7777 reserves the right to modify referral reward rates, introduce new tiers, or discontinue the referral programme with reasonable notice to existing participants. Rewards earned before the effective date of any change will be honoured.
• The referral programme is for genuine personal sharing only. Mass automated distribution of referral links via spam, unsolicited messaging or inauthentic social media activity is prohibited and will result in programme exclusion.

We take our responsibility to player welfare seriously and have built a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools into the platform. All tools described below are available immediately from your no7777 account settings at no cost and take effect promptly upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once a limit is active, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive pop-up notifications at regular intervals (every 30, 60 or 120 minutes of play) reminding you of the time elapsed and your net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, all deposits and gameplay are blocked. The cooling-off cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from no7777 for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or 5 years. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are suspended, all deposits are blocked and login is prevented. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Requests will be processed within 30 days. Note that certain data may be retained for longer periods where required by law or for the purposes of resolving active disputes.

no7777 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, accurate and secure service delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or any specific game at all times.

no7777 will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from service outages, technical errors or interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Decisions made by the player based on information from third-party sources regarding no7777 games, odds or strategies.

Nothing in these Terms limits no7777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. In all other cases, no7777's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

You may close your no7777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

no7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud or collusion.
• Multiple account registration by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Use of automated software to play games.
• Providing false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Activity that no7777 reasonably believes may harm the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by no7777 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited at no7777's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where no breach is confirmed upon investigation, any balance will be returned through the usual withdrawal process.

no7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of no7777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections or updates to reflect new payment methods — may be made without prior notice. These will always be reflected in the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
